Customers may submit a request for a return or refund within 30 days of the date they receive their items. Requests submitted after this specified period may not be accepted.
If your items fall under any of the following categories, we recommend contacting Customer Service as soon as possible after receipt:
Damaged items
Missing items
Incorrect items received
Items with obvious quality defects

II. Conditions for Acceptable Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, returned items must meet the following conditions:
Items must remain in an unused condition
Items must show no signs of obvious human-induced damage
Items must retain their original appearance and functionality
Items must be accompanied by their original packaging, tags, and accessories
Valid order information or proof of purchase must be provided
If returned items do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer only a partial refund.

III. Non-Returnable Items

V. Return Shipping Costs
1. Returns Due to Personal Reasons
If a return is requested for any of the following reasons:
Disliking the item
Purchasing the wrong item
Selecting the wrong color
Changing one's mind about the purchase

VI. Order Cancellation

If the order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Orders that have already shipped must be processed in accordance with our standard Return Policy.

VII. Exchange Policy
Currently, we offer product exchanges only under the following circumstances:
